Sad News
On 28 June 2008, Professor Wadley lost his battle with cancer. His field notes and other research materials are currently being digitized and archived, and will soon be available to interested researchers, thanks to a generous grant from the Firebird Foundation for Anthropological Research. The original materials will be housed at the Firebird archive in Maine, and the digital copies will go to other archives, including those of the KITLV (Netherlands) and the Tun Jugah Foundation (Sarawak, Malaysia).
